Director's Message
Hello everyone! I am Noelle, the Project Director of CAPTSLAM Queensway AY25/26. At CAPTSLAM Queensway, we mentor Secondary 3 student leaders from Queensway Secondary School, encouraging them to become bold, confident and compassionate leaders. Through our engagement sessions, we forge meaningful bonds with our mentees, and plan impactful programmes to impart servant leadership values. We engage our mentees through a variety of activities, from exciting games to conducting workshops or going on learning journeys. To conclude the programme, we embark on an overseas trip with the mentees to enrich their leadership experience and promote cross-cultural learning.
As a closely-knit committee, we support one another and work as a team with the common vision of helping our mentees become better versions of themselves. If you’re looking for a warm, vibrant and exciting community, CAPTSLAM Queensway welcomes you!

What have we been up to?
Mentorship Sessions
Our main programme with Queensway Secondary school involves a series of mentorship session that spans across a semester. Through self-exploration, relational mentoring and reflections, our session aim to empower the budding student leaders to lead their peers.

Overseas Trip
We wrapped up our programme with a 6 day trip to Saraburi and Bangkok. Partnering with the Chulalongkorn Universities Centre of Learning Network for the Region (CLNR), we discovered Thailands sustainability and conservation efforts through activities such as mushroom planting and visiting farms. We made friends with local high school and university students, fostering meaningful bonds. In Bangkok, we had a blast exploring the various markets, enjoying local delicacies and learning about the rich culture of Thailand.
