Treeckle Booking

To make a booking, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create an account on treeckle.com/user/create
  2. Log in on treeckle.com
  3. Proceed to make your booking under the ‘Bookings’ tab
  4. You will receive an email once your booking has been approved

All Sports-related Bookings

CAPTains will be able to book the MPSH for sports activities, provided they abide by the following guidelines and regulations

  • Session Outline Proposal
    1. CAPTains MUST email the detailed programme outline to 9th Sports Committee (sports.capt.booking@gmail.com). Refer to Annex A. The detailed programme outline must be submitted one week from the date of your booking (e.g. send in proposal on Week 7 Friday for Week 8 booking).
    2. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking.
    3. The detailed programme outline should include:
      • How you intend to conduct your sessions (eg. Specific drills and activities), without flouting any of NUS Guidelines which include and are not limited to:
        1. Description of drills and activities carried out during the booking
        2. Ensuring that CAPTains are in groups of no more than 5 at any time (i.e. Crowd regulation at ALL times)
        3. Ensuring that groups of no more than 5 do not interact with each other at ALL times
        4. For sports and other dynamic activities in particular, there should be physical distancing of 2m (2 arms-length) between individuals, with an increased distancing of 3m (3 arms-length) for high intensity or high movement indoor exercise classes.
        5. Ensuring that CAPTains from different zones do not interact with each other at ALL times
      • How you intend to maintain personal hygiene (e.g. Asking players to bring their own towels, not share drinks, wash their hands etc.).
    4. Users are to strictly inform all participants of ALL the above in point (3).
    5. Users to enforce the wipe-down of all equipment with disinfectant after their session.
  • Attendance
    1. Compulsory Attendance Taking of all participants by users. The attendance must be submitted to the 9th Sports Committee (https://tinyurl.com/CAPTMPSHBooking).
    2. Users must ensure that a maximum of 50 CAPTains are in the MPSH at any point in time.
  • Sports Conduct
    1. Extra precautions and efforts should also be actively enforced by users to ensure physical distancing of 2m (2 arms-length) between individuals, with an increased distancing of 3m (3 arms-length) for high intensity or high movement indoor exercise classes.
    2. Unless there is another official IG session taking place after the session, users should also ensure no one else using the MPSH.
    3. Users should keep a constant look out for any participants who are ill or display any symptoms. Users are given the right to deny any participants from joining the session should the participant be unwell.
  • Friendlies
    1. No friendlies will be allowed in the CAPT MPSH/Yale field/Utown Green or any location in NUS.

Non-Sports-Related Bookings

CAPTains MUST send an email to CSC Gen Sec Lawrence Liang (lawrence.liang@u.nus.edu) with a detailed event plan that justifies how the event would not put our CAPTains at risk (refer to Annex B). The session plan should be sent at least 1 week in advance of the booking day.

a. The detailed programme outline should include the following:

  • How you intend to conduct your sessions (e.g. specific activities), without flouting any of NUS Guidelines which include and are not limited to:
    1. Description of activities carried out during the booking
    2. Ensuring that CAPTains are in groups of no more than 5 at any time (i.e. Crowd regulation at ALL times)
    3. Ensuring that groups of no more than 5 do not interact with each other at ALL times
    4. Ensuring safe distancing of 1m between ALL participants Ensuring that CAPTains from different zones do not interact with each other at ALL times
  • How you intend to maintain personal hygiene (e.g. not share drinks, wash their hands etc.).

b. Users are to strictly inform all participants of ALL the above in point (a).

c. Only when approval is given will an individual’s bookings for the CAPT MPSH be approved.

  • Attendance
